Windows picture resizer
I just realized the need to share the tool that I used to have in my Windows machine.
See, my friends probably did not know that I'm using this tool whenever I upload bulk pictures in Facebook and Multiply.
They were always telling me that I upload pictures in a flash. It was like, we just took the pictures 4 hours ago and there they were already posted in Facebook for them to tag their names in.
Funny coz my secret is just in resizing the pictures from MB size to KB size. Makes the upload faster then!
Most digital cameras will have a default size of probably at least 3MB per image.
These images because of their file size take up all your time in uploading them to the web.
Better resize your pictures then, not in Photoshop where you would need to resize them one by one which takes hours? But with image resizer, you can get it done in probably 5 minutes.
Here is how Image resizer works!
1. Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
2. Look for the .exe file named "image resizer" in the right side of the page.

3. Save the file into your computer.

4. Locate the file where you saved the .exe and then run it.

5. Accept the license agreement.

tada! Image resizer is installed in your pc.
Now, it is time to go to your My Pictures folder.
Open your folder where your pictures are stored.

You can highlight all of the pictures at once and then right click on your mouse.
You will be given options to resize your pictures.
Tip: I always use the size : 640 x 480.

Click OK and the program will start resizing your pictures.
You can now upload pictures with great resolution but with smaller file size.

9intervals, the idea is derived from a cat having nine lives. I guess, I don't have to tell you how much I love cats!
We've been through intervals in this lifetime. Guess, I'm lucky to be alive. I don't think I would be lucky the next time. But nevertheless, we have our intervals. A certain episode that we remember in the past that affects our future. Or maybe just something that we can learn from. A little something to look back to.
